The Pilates Studio of Beverly Hills is located in the heart of Beverly Hills on Beverly Drive(South of Wilshire, North of Olympic). Exclusive studio offers individualized private session and duet/semi private sessions. We offer different levels from beginner, intermediate and advance exercises for a challenging workout.
We also offer massage therapy and specialty massage services to complement Pilates training programs, they work hand-in-hand to promote greater flexibility, strengthen muscles, release tension, and eliminate chronic pain or tension points for clients.
